Amok paste availability

Post by LaudJohn »

Does anyone know if Amok paste is available pre prepared like Red/Green/Penang/et al curry paste is available?

Either prepackaged from a store or measured out from a market?

If so where can I get it in PP or elsewhere?

The girlfriend has no idea and I love the flavour but making it from scratch is not something I want to do.

TIA.

Not sure about Amok but I’ve never had good Prohoc bought from markets. It’s always seems to be better when made by family/friends in small batches.
