Vietnamese Woman on Pursat Pavement Diagnosed with Brain Disorder

The cops found a 26-year-old Vietnamese woman named Wang Dan behaving strangely on the pavement on National Road number 5 in Pursat province.

They took her to the hospital.

A doctor examined her and said she has a brain disorder.

Hope she's OK - brain disorder is a bit vague but probably means the docs think she's crazy, no?

Probably, but I also see more than that. She's smiling up at him quite tenderly. It suggests he's been gentle. Plenty who think that just because the cops have to go cap in hand to top up their salaries, they have no compassion.

You're prognosis is spot on. She needs a "cooling strip" which will chill her right down and has the added benefit of warning anyone nearby that you are extremely sick and need sympathy and care. :?
