Sihanoukville - Short video of a road accident near Mao Pich Nil, between 2nd bridge in Kampong Speu province bordering Sihanoukville, 3 cars collided, resulting in four lightweight injuries on the afternoon of 5 January 2019.
National roads 3 and 4 are in bad condition generally, mostly due to the increasing truck traffic between Phnom Penh and the coast.

It's a well-known fact that 4 is a highly unlucky number. This highway should be renumbered.

The one car that should have been in that accident wasn't.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

This is a superstition of the East based on the fact that the Chinese character for the number 4 and the character for DEATH are very similar.

Renaming the road won't help until those with the money to own the fleet of trucks are held financially liable for the death and destruction that their untrained and unstable drivers wreck on all of Kampuchea.
