Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: The first road accident report for 2019 involves a Ferrari and a drunk Chinese man who lost control of his sports car when he crashed into a road divider at 3am. The accident took place along Monivong Boulevard. Beung Keang Kang I, Khan Chamkar Morn.
Fortunately, the driver was unhurt, and the traffic police arrived quickly on the scene, anxious to take the Ferrari to a safe parking space while the issue of compensation is negotiated with the car owner.

You have to be important to have car like that? If he didn't;t lose a wheel he would have done a runner. Good job by the divider. Great decision to install those things. Without it, he (and many more) would have done a head-on with someone coming the other way.

We need gm to give us an analysis of how the hell this car ended up in this position without taking out the front fence & not slipping at least a bit down that alleyway - it's a cracking piece of parking!
