Happened at the bottom of the road they call the mountain. Its the a steep road that cuts out the long drive around the port to get into town. Its always congested these days with people trying to get in and out of Sihanoukville. They put up height restriction barriers to stop coaches and large trucks using it as a cut through but it hasn't done anything to ease the traffic madness there. Apparently the driver of the truck was a Cambodian National and he lost control and smashed into multiple cars, bikes and Tuk Tuks. In the ensuing chaos he promptly did a runner and i am not sure if he has been apprehended yet. The wife was driving past there moments after the incident and said it was bad.

I am going to speculate that the truck was overloaded, under maintained and the brakes failed(block of wood under rear wheels)
