Sihanoukville, Cambodia News: On December 25, 2018, at 18:00, some people reported that a Chinese man,handcuffed, wearing no clothes, jumped out from a villa in Village 5, Sangkat 4, Municipality, Preah Sihanouk province.
The startled neighbors called the police, who came to investigate the villa and apprehended the four Chinese men that they found inside. All four men are Chinese nationals, living in Sihanoukville, and working in a casino there.

4-LU SHENMAN Call A YUE Male 30-year-old Chinese Occupation: Casino Cashier Resident of 5 Village 4 Sangkat Municipality Sihanouk.

Police also seized tape, scissors, handcuffs, a taser, 6 mobile phones, and some suitcases containing clothes.

The suspects said that the victim had borrowed money to gamble at the casino, and when he lost it all, they took him away and locked him in the villa. However, while the kidnappers were asleep, the victim escaped from the house, jumped over the fence, and ran away.

The naked Chinese victim, who remains unidentified, is said to have disappeared, but is being sought for questioning by Sihanoukville police.The four men are being detained by police, and their case will be held before the Sihanoukville Provincial Court.
