ABA, you can pay EDC and water bills etc easily.

I would avoid Sacombank, if you hope to use internet banking from anywhere except within reach of a Cambodian cell phone service. Their system is archaic at best, but opening a bank account is easy.

Yes, that is why I recommended ABA. ‘1 for ABA. If you don’t want to use the phone app, they also offer a crypto device so you can do your Internet banking from any country with a PC.
And you can issue virtual Master and Visa Card numbers, so you don’t have to use your physical card’s number.
