No it isn't. His name has been consistently misreported by Cambodian media, Facebook, and other expat sites who don't use fact checkers, but he was named as Clive CRESSY on CEO News since the first post on the subject back in 2017, which includes a shot of his passport: newsworthy/british-doctor-clive-robert- ... 13326.html
There is no doubt that his name is Clive Robert Kingsley CRESSY.

US citizens can be charged and convicted for sex crimes commited abroad upon returning home. Surely, the UK has something similar. This guy deserves much worse than what he got.

ok then, good thing we got that name thing all sorted out by now. Oh, yes, they also have the death penalty in the land of the free , good thing, most of the time. Just not always.
