First travel

This is the part of the forum where we discuss Cambodia's nightlife! While most bars, nightclubs, pubs, beer gardens, and hostess bars are in Phnom Penh, we discuss the Cambodian nightlife across all of Cambodia, including Siem Reap, Kampot, and Sihanoukville. The main nightlife areas in Phnom Penh are on Street 136, Street 130, Street 110 and Street 51, but there are other party spots that aren't girlie bars where expats, tourists, and locals drink until the sun comes up. Feel free to post specials and promotions that relate to nighttime fun!

First travel

Post by christian.dc »

Hey all, glad i found this forum.
I am coming to Cambodia PP 15.01. for vacation and then work afterwards.
Was looking for some ideas and tips for nightlife and bars to visit as solo traveler.
Never was in Cambodia but visited Japan and China.
What are the prices in KTV? Is it as i read and u are able to take the girl with you? Same with girly bars?
U choose the girl to be with u at KTV or is it old post about KTVs i read. Are u alowed to "fool around with the girl when u rent a room at KTV?
Sorry for dumb questions folks, im realy interested in how things work there XD
Any locations to visit for good looking girls that u can take to ur hotel?
Also i am looking for some more specific info about nightlife i heard about wich info cant be found anywhere. Maybe someone familiar with some details can msg me? VIP i presume is locked until specific amount of posts i guess?

The only time I went to one of those fancy KTVs more than 10 years ago there were many pretty singers to choose from. I remember the singers were $5 per hour for singing and pouring drinks and the room with the nice sofas and big screen was maybe $10 and the fruits and nuts and beers were expensive. $95 bill after an hour, was with a couple of mates and had a laugh so seemed like good value. The dudes who hang out in those places would think $95 was chump change though.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

Not as familiar w KTV's but hostess bars on street 130, 136, 118 and 104..

also Pontoon has some freelancers and is fun. Even Darlin, Darlin at NagaWorld can be good
Manhattan keeps on making it, Brooklyn keeps on taking it

English instructor looking to rent girls out for services, what a beautiful world we live in.

Probably not the best idea to sign up with your FB name and picture, but hey.. throw caution to the wind!
Slow down little world, you're changing too fast.
