Chinese Man Steals his Neighbor's Motorbike
Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: A 33-year-old Chinese man, identified only as Thaishur, was arrested by Tonle Bassac police after he drove off with a motorbike that belonged to his neighbor on 18 December 2018.
The red 2018 Honda belonging to SENG LIAN, a 65-year-old Singaporean, had been left in his Koh Pich condo carpark with the keys in the ignition when it disappeared. The owner complained to security, and after watching the CCTV, he recognized the thief as a Chinese neighbor living in the same condo. The motorbike was discovered in front of E.C.M Koh Pich.
