Asking for a friend. Really. I might get some abuse for this but he wants to know so the desire to help trumps the fear of online abuse. Personally, I think the odds are that he's being hustled (he does too, but wants to do the right thing in case its for real). So can anyone tell us how much this costs a Cambodian in Phnom Penh.

Call Royal PP hospital and ask them? They will ask how far along she is so you should try and find that out.

depends on who you ask.
1. the girl.
a) if girlfriend. $60
b) if fuck buddy. $150
c) bar girl. same as bar fine
d) girl of a friend. $500.
2. the girls friends. $3,500
3. the girls father. case of beer
4. the girls mother. $900 and a case of beer
5. your friends.

for a scan/ultrasound thing its about $5-10
for a cheap abortion its around $30-35
for the more pleasant abortion its around $60-70

the cheap abortion the girl has to first take some pills (mifepristone) then shove some tablets (misoprostol) up there which trigger the abortion, it leads to a lot of cramping and bleeding for up to 4 hours and isnt meant to be nice at all
the "more pleasant" option is im guessing the vacuum aspiration

(prices were from a clinic in Sihanoukville early last year, iirc it was $65 for the "more pleasant" option)
