Who's online?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

E.G. "In total there are 1692 users online :: 63 registered, 4 hidden". Four members currently online are hidden.
I realise that UT, my point being that their avatar showed online, but the bottom section didn't show there names.
GM, refreshed and also opened a new page so I could compare. Same result. Avatar shows online, bottom list doesn't show their name.
Just noticed it and was simply curious as to why is all.

It was simply something I noticed and was curious about. If you think that means I have serious mental issues, that's up to you. Lucky for you too that it is only 9.45am and not 9.45pm and I have had my first cup of coffee already. I normally don't put up with personal attacks from complete idiots, but I will make an exception this time because you are obviously just a misguided child with one of those new syndrome thingies. Stay on your medication child and life could be close to normal for you.

I don't think it was simple curiosity.

You were once again trying to foment some bizarre theory you have about an imaginary legion of socks from TOF flooding CEO, bent on it's destruction.
Hotdigr wrote: Tue Dec 18, 2018 10:24 pm So, my question is - are they using socks
Hotdigr wrote: Sun Nov 25, 2018 8:36 pm You guys know who they and their multitude of socks are.
Hotdigr wrote: Mon Nov 26, 2018 7:34 pm So what are you guys going to do about it?
Jeez man, your house must be running low on tinfoil.

You mean like this shows that Hotdigr and Brody are online.

Hotdigr wrote: Tue Dec 18, 2018 10:24 pm yet when you go down to the bottom of the thread to the "who's online" listing none of them appear as online.
At the bottom of the thread it says "who's online", it also says "Users browsing this forum." Notice that you and Brody don't appear here (coz ur not browsing this forum atm).

Hotdigr wrote: Tue Dec 18, 2018 10:24 pm So, my questions are - are they using socks and if so, why does it register on their avatar as them? If not, what is going on with the 2 conflicting advices?
If they were using socks, then the User (not the sock) wouldn't show as being online because they are logged in as socks. The sock would show as online.

If you want a listing of everyone online, go to the bottom of this page > https://cambodiaexpatsonline.com/

Yeah, thats pretty much what I thought mate. Just interested as to why one shows me as online and the other doesn't? I would have thought if the avatar showed me online, then it would down the bottom also. No big deal,I just happened to notice the difference last night and was curious as to why.
