Emergency Vehicles leaving HE's compound in Phnom Penh?

Tuk Tuk driver told me he saw three ambulances leave in quick succession from HE's compound next to Independence Monument in Phnom Penh not long after 6pm tonight.

Traffic was certainly snarled up there - anyone have any more info?

Since that residence was rebuilt around 2008 I've never seen much activity around there. Sure, there are always varying levels of security around there but it is sitting between Delegation of the European Union Building on one side and the DPRK embassy on the other. I don't think the boss stays there anymore, he's down south in Ta Khmau town.
