Jetski Stupidities in Sihanoukville
Sihanoukville, Cambodia News: A Chinese national, identified as RAO GUANG, aged 37, rented a jet-ski for 15 minutes at 17:00, but he went way too far out to sea and ran out of fuel. He was sharing the jetski with a group of Chinese tourists and the other members became concerned when he had not returned by 17:30.
As a result, the entire Sihanoukville coast guard was alerted , and they searched through the night. The authorities finally found the missing guy, on the jetski, 20kms offshore along the coast south of Occheuteal beach, borne by winds and tides. Fortunately, all ended well this time, and the guy was safe and sound, but a little thirsty.

Re: Jetski Stupidities in Sihanoukville
My guess is that he planned to ride the jetski all the way back to China and keep it, but foolishly didn't realise the fuel wouldn't last that long.
The thread should be titled: "Chinese Jetski Thief Rao Guang Rescued On Way From Sihanoukville To Guangzhou".

I'm guessing he made it this far FROM China, and ran out of gas right before reaching the Cambodian shore.

Isn't that the sampeah level you use for parents and teachers?
Was he rescued by a TEFLer?
Is there one that can still afford to stay in Sihanoukville?
