The victim is said to have been driving fast when he crashed. His body was found by the roadside, unconscious and smelling of wine.
He was first sent to the local hospital for treatment, but due to the seriousness of his condition, Preah Vihear doctors decided to send him to a hospital in Phnom Penh.
