Introduce Yourself

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Welcome. How is your Chinese coming along?

Born NYC, grew up in the San Francisco bay area. Part of the tech boom, and bust. Housing boom, and bust. The Great Recession and all that goes with it. Divorced after 20 years, dating a Khmer lady that has been in the states for 4 years. Done some pretty f'd up things but i'm trying to right the ship. Want to retire in her motherland bc the usa is going straight to the crapper and will be a socialist hellhole soon.
You wake up to beer? Both Cambodia and CEO are perfect for you, so welcome aboard.

Mata Hari wrote: Tue Dec 11, 2018 6:35 pm Hi all,
I'm 50 years old , have to admit, I'm german  ...but a quite nice one
I'm travelling to SEA and India again and again for the last 30 years and through this time I visited Cambodia several times and always loved the athmosphere, the people and the food.
My first trip to cambodia was in 2001, as you know, since then, through the years it has changed a lot. That's why I registered in this forum, to stay a bit up to date what's going on in Cambodia while I'm at home or somewhere else.
Nice to meet you
Welcome aboard, and I'm sure you'll stay up to date on everything in Cambodia by being on CEO.

Please don’t write French in responding in any of my posts. It’s tiresome, especially if you’re French, Belgian or from one of our dominated countries.
Bienvenue sur CEO.
