Canal Irrigation

About 2 or maybe 3 years ago they cleaned up this irrigation canal and built a control gate. The canal
bank also acts as a road where poor villages have built their houses.
You can decide what went wrong.

They get paid to build something. The less they spend on it, they more they can put in their own pockets. So things are not built to a standard we would see in Western countries.

I'd blame the two girls for that. Should I photoshop them out of the photo ?

I was merely commenting that they looked like mirror images of each other but in different clothes...

but go ahead and photoshop them out if that's how you took it.
