I will arrive to Sihanoukville in about 1.5 weeks with a night bus from Seam Reap - and now I have a bit of a logistic problem that I hope some ouf you will be able to advise how to solve
The bus arrives at 06:30 A.M.
I already have booked 1 night stay in a guesthouse on Otres beach. But I'd like to make a day trip by boat to the Koh Rong/Koh Rong Samloen islands. Google says they cost between 20-25 USD/pax.
But - since I arrive so early in the morning, will I be able to:
- find any open tour agency to book a same morning full-day trip?
- find a place to store my bags before the trip? I don't know if I have enough time to go to the guesthouse and drop them there.
- do boat tour agencies do pick-up from the guesthouse - so maybe they can also "drop" us at guesthouse and bring us back?
- is the price 20 or 25 USD? (there will actually be 3 of us, I don't know if we can negotiate a better price?)
- is any restaurant open so early? I checked google maps, our bus station should be near enough to Serendipity peer (300 meters, it seems), I hope we can walk down to the coastline.
- is PassApp for Tuk-tuk working?

I know it's a lot of questions - I hope you can make some recommendations since I'm worried about how we will manage so early.
