Feel free to write any reviews you have, whether its the best burger you've had in Phnom Penh or the worse pizza in Kampot, we want to read it! Discussions about Khmer dishes are also in here, or you can leave your own. If you own a restaurant, feel free to let the expat community know about it here so that we can come check it out. To me it sounds like Lucky, KFC and Kingburger are not in fashion any more . I guess I will have to buy a tie and white shirt and venture into some of these new places to see whats on the menu.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Is it about the food or the vibe ?

Sora, Mara, Deva, Khema, Topaz, Sushi Lab, etc ...

KFC and Lucky are more than enough if you're dating a bargirl though :stir:
Don't forget the water buffalo

Magnolia on street 51, near the sokimex, up by street 242.
It's got reasonably priced food, big portions and a nice garden area.

If you or your date likes seafood I would recommend The Dock. Went there a couple of weeks ago, best seafood menu I've seen in Cambodia yet, we ordered a lot and all was super fresh and prepared as it should. The only thing that tasted a bit strange (if you're used to the real thing) was the paella so would skip that one. They also have private rooms if you prefer a really intimate night.
