Thank you so much. This matches my wife's description of the song "To love dangerously."
yeah i think shes basically singing about love is dangerous, and you should fear it, as love is not always a fairy tale and can bring a lot of hurt
A bit like this one. Can you translate it into Khmer, Jamie. Preap Sovath could probably do it quite well.

Love hurts
Love scars
Love wounds and marks
Any heart not tough or strong enough
To take a lot of pain, take a lot of pain
Love is like a cloud, it holds a lot of rain
Love hurts
Ooh love hurts

I'm young
I know
But even so
I know a thing or two, I learned from you
I really learned a lot, really learned a lot
Love is like a flame, it burns you when it's hot
Love hurts
Ooh love hurts

Some fools think
Of happiness, blissfulness, togetherness
Some fools fool themselves, I guess
They're not foolin' me
I know it isn't true I know it isn't true
Love is just a lie made to make you blue
Love hurts
Ooh love hurts
Ooh love hurts

I know it isn't true
I know it isn't true
Love is just a lie made to make you blue
Love hurts
Ooh love hurts
Ooh, love hurts, ooh
forgot i need to do this, will do it in a couple of days, keep reminding me

I have another one I am curious about getting translated. It is the "morning song" I listen to as I prepare for work.

For you to understand the song i might have to tell you the back story...
This songs actually a very old folk tale called "Tum Teav" and its about a young 16 year old girl called Teav who meets a young monk called Tum, they both end up falling in love with each other, but due to him Monk he cant have any contact with a girl, so they end up forming a secret relationship, but the girls mother ends up finding out, forbids him from seeing her daughter anymore, the mother arranges for her to marry a couple of other high ranking Suitors, one being the king, the young monk finds out, declares his love for her and kisses her in front of everyone, one of the betrothed gets enraged and orders his guard to kill the young monk, Teav is distraught and kills herself next to his body, its a Cambodian Romeo & Juliet story lol (the song is obviously full of metaphors about their hopeless love and secret relationship) heres a link to the story for more detail.... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tum_Teav
