A couple of questions for those posting on this thread. Do those of you who espouse the poisoning/murder theories have any real evidence to support them? How many of those involved in the what drug debate are drawing on personal experience as opposed to secondary sources?

Those Mythbusters guys should come to Phnom Penh and test if the 'heroin sold as cocaine' stories are fact or myth.

They could start by getting a room at the Happy House Guest House. Then they could by ask the tuk tuk drivers outside FCC and on St. 172 for some cocaine. After that they could go back to their room, kneel at the end of the bed, and snort the white powder.

If there is no answer when the staff knock on the room door early the following afternoon, and the door is opened to find two dead guys and a beret on the floor, it will prove that it's no myth.

When I lived in PP I chose not to hang around with people that used drugs. Often that didn't leave that many.

I messed around with them as a kid, but to see grown men in their 40s and 50s doing it or even talking about it turns me away.

top quality coke costs $130 here,40 in the west,smack costs 30 bucks here and a tenner in britian,can see why the tuk tuk scum bags sell china white as coke,makes sense to them,and many buyers are at the early stages of experimenting with drugs,DO NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE MOST OF THEM.

AFAIK coke costs more than $40 a gram in the west, unless the price has gone down a lot in the past 15 years. A ten bag of smack in the UK is only a tenth of a gram, while it's something like $80 a gram here.

TOP quality coke (IF you can get it) costs more then 10x that in Australia. Australia is also part of the "west" sorry mate, you are quite simply - wrong.
