Unidentified Drunk Chinese Crashes RCAF-Plate Car Outside Phnom Penh Airport
Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: A traffic accident involving a RCAF ( Royal Cambodian Armed Forces) car occurred at around midnight on November 28, 2018, at the front of Phnom Penh International Airport, along the Russian Federation Boulevard in Kandal 2, Khan Por Sen Chey, Phnom Penh.
The accident occurred while the vehicle was traveling in an east to west direction along the road in front of Phnom Penh International Airport when it hit a road divider and came to an abrupt halt. The unidentified driver was apparently unhurt, as he got out of the car and quickly left the accident scene.
According to witnesses, the driver of the car was not a Cambodian military official, but a Chinese national in an advanced state of drunkenness.
Police have impounded the accident vehicle, waiting to see who will turn up to claim it.

The Chinese keep outing themselves as drunken drivers and licence plate thieves. There was the case of an RCAF officer at PP airport seeing his plate driving by him on another car. LOL. Anyway, the drunk driving in Cambodia kind of hints at the possibility that China has a drunk driving problem.

They are probably fleeing China because of the new social credit system. Cambodia is like real life GTA for these guys.ExPenhMan wrote:The Chinese keep outing themselves as drunken drivers and licence plate thieves. It wouldn't be called a '' social credit system ''. More like a '' Social Debit System ''
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.
