Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On November 27, 2018, at 3 am, a rice truck delivery was driven into the pond of a fish farm, on national road 5, Khan Prek Pnov, Phnom Penh.

The police said that a Hyundai truck, plate SKV3A-1788, was being driven by 30-year-old Sun Phea, in the direction from north to south at 3am, when it left the road and drove into the pond, part of a fish farm belonging to a 60-year-old man, Hen Kimwa.

After the accident, the rice was transferred to another truck, and the truck that caused the accident was towed away to keep at the police station, while discussions of compensation took place between the owner of the rice truck and the fish farmer.

Cambodians love to bury their waterlogged phones in rice after they manage to drown them, so what do you do with waterlogged rice other than cook and eat it?

Surely it would be unsaleable???
