Man Sleeping in Front of Primary School Was Dead
Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: A man, who was thought to be sleeping on a bench in front of Sen Sok primary school, Sangkat Khmoum Khon Sen, on November 26, 2018, was in fact deceased.
Locals say that the man used to sit around drinking rice wine every day in the same place, and they say that on 25 November,the day before his death, he was feeling more poorly than usual. His death was discovered the next morning and the police were called to the scene. They concluded that he died from drinking too much. The body has been given over to the family for funeral rites.

That’s not the school yard. It’s a space it think on the opposite side of the road from the school, which market sellers gather around. Not sure who owns it, but it floods quite badly at times.John Bingham wrote:The fucking state of that schoolyard is disgraceful.
