TRAVEL ON PRAMPAL MARKARA

hi,
I'm going to be in Phnom Penh on prampal markara, 7 January, and am planning to travel to Siem Reap on that day by bus or Cambodia Post. Given that this is a public holiday, can anyone tell me if private and public buses/Cambodia Post operate on that day? Is it a major public holiday where travel between cities would be best avoided altogether? Thanks

The buses works normally on that day. You can check their schedules and even book (even the Cambodia Post van) online if you want: https://bookmebus.com/
