Images of a homeless foreigner getting by on handouts from random people on Otres Beach in Sihanoukville have been making the rounds on social media today. It seems the occurrence of homeless and drifters are back on the rise in Cambodia.

He also appears to have an infected leg. The images of his leg infection are a bit graphic, so they'll be below in a spoiler.

He's got peripheral vascular disease or something similar. It's only a matter of time before his bones or blood get infected and then he's dead.

He needs to move to Kampot like everyone else. Better hospital also - Sonja Kill - unfortunate name, but good reputation.
