Tattooed Foreigner Detained by 'Force' After Accident in Cambodia (VIDEO)

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Someone posted on the on the other forum back in 2015 that CD67 = Russia.

It looks like the Russian may have been drunk, he's stumbling and the little dude is dragging him around by the belt loop with relative ease.

I guess his role at the Embassy is not international relations.

Not sure the foreigner should be walking around like that if he is representing a foreign country.

Anyone have a list of diplomatic numbers?
Not sure half the foreigners in this country should be doing any of the things they do as representatives of a foreign country, being an official is irrelevant we are all representatives of the barang species to them.

However, I would venture a guess that large tattooed man is probably part of a security detachment with an embassy, as he looks to be former or active military. Good on him for not snapping that little Khmer neck....

I doubt that the mob slapped him around, there would be body parts all over the place otherwise.

My money is on the taxi van driving like a fuckwit.

I almost posted last night that same photo of the Nazi guy at the flying wing fight myself. Hilarious.

Confirmed.
Another thread involving an accident with a Russian Embassy car, shows the vehicle with plates CD67.

Why did we hear about it? Why didn’t the guy throw money on the ground and disappear?
