China passports get 3 year visas and big investments make annual $100 go away. They can still have their names entered in the work permit system without knowing it. That they don't hassle big shots wouldn't affect your application, the prakas are clear.

I knew I'd seen it here somewhere - 3 year multi-entry visas for Chinese and Korean investors.

I could go into great detail about all of the previous posts, but I don't have the time and can't really be assed because it won't apply to the majority of posters anyway.

The simple fact is though, if you hold an EB EOS (yes, even the E1,E2,E3 EOS's only available to certain Nationalities), Work in Cambodia, or own a business in Cambodia...then legally you must have a valid WP.
