US Citizen RICHARD ANTHONY ALLEN and Swedish TUGYAN SEFER Held at Immigration Dept

Phnom Penh: Two foreign nationals were sent to the Immigration Department at 6:34 pm on 8 November 2018.

Lt. Col. Chetraith, Chief of Investigation and Procedure Department, said that the two foreigners were identified as RICHARD ANTHONY ALLEN, male, US citizen, born in 23 January 1969, and TUGYAN SEFER, a 47-year-old Swedish male, born on February 10, 1971.
He said that the two men do not have passports, and they say they don't recollect the date of their arrival in Cambodia.
Their cases will be processed by the Immigration Department.
