The idea that seeing the world is going from place to place to look at obvious things is an illusion natural to dull minds.

Amazingly, no one was hurt. Further details:

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On November 07, 2018, a drunk man drove his Land Cruiser into a road barrier and overturned in a ball of fire on the pavement in front of Chea Sim school on street 271, Sangkat Beung Salang, Phnom Penh.

The witness said that before the incident they saw a man driving a Land Cruiser car plate no. PP2AV-0079, very fast in the direction of north to south, when the car struck a road barrier, then hit a tree and caught fire after it smashed into the school fence. There was nobody injured.

The firetruck came to put out the fire. After that, the police took the car to keep at the police station waiting to sort out the problem later.
