Phnom Penh Residents Fed Up with Bag Snatchings

Post by CEOCambodiaNews »

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: Phnom Penh residents are complaining about the growing number of bag and phone snatchings, saying that they no longer feel safe, and many people feel that thieves are even a greater danger to them than the appalling traffic and the lunatic drivers.
Following the untimely death of a man this morning as the result of a bag-snatching, Cambodians are going on social media to share videos and their experiences. The general consensus is that the thieves are becoming bolder, and that Phnom Penh police should be doing more to protect the citizens.

IS it illegal to boobytrap backpacks or bags? One that blasts the thief with a powerful blue ink that doesn't come off lightly? Highlighting the offenders as part Smurf part Crook
Slow down little world, you're changing too fast.
