China visa in Pp

Hi, Does anyone have recent experience getting a tourist visa at the Chinese Embassy in Phnom Penh? These things seem to vary from place to place- more onerous document requirements etc. I got one in Chiang Mai a few years back and was surprisingly easy, and then read somewhere that it was known for that. So, just wondering how Pp rates in this regard.
