i have a very complicated case against her, made of 9 subjects, including and not limited to-

threats of death
conspiracy to extort money
blackmailing
extortion
stalking and harassment
sending this actual video to certain people which im aware to and have evidence about
defamation

and more. if someone doubt me, I can provide case number and you can go and dig it in the court of first instance. One shouldn't bother too much as im now working on making it available.

and she is not destitute, nor reach. but very much money oriented and bare no shame.

another evidence is the fact that no movie of her never leaked.
it just an hot air balloon, But no one actually seen it or can refer to a place its existing. Ide never do such a thing, im a respectful person and cant see what purpose will it serve.
On top of that, I have clear threats from her that she will go this way if i wont come to meet her. On top of that, I have conversation with her explaining about EXIF file which is the identity of devices embedded into files, Saying that even if it will surface one day, the police will be able to check the exif file and confirm she is the source to it, Both in terms of which phone took the video and in terms of digital trace.

Let me get this straight. You had all these claims against her. She had claims against you.

The case went to court. The prosecutor was fair. The case was resolved not with her paying money to you, and not with you both walking away without paying money. You concluded that it was you who owed money to her, to compensate her for whatever injuries you caused, and you paid her to drop the case against you.

You released a statement the next day saying that the two of you had mutually resolved your differences and would be moving forward without dwelling on who did what to whom in the past. Now a day later you're saying you're gathering evidence against her regarding these past transgressions that will presented in a legal setting of some kind? This really doesn't make a lot of sense.
