It looks like you're right. Child Protective Services interviewed the girl and returned her to HIS home. The ex - what a rotten bitch !

Talk about a dirty thing to do. Allegations like that can be really damaging, though suing your ex for defamation is a bit counterproductive.

IDK link. I just googled his name and scanned a few links. Including his and older daughters facebook page.

It's pretty tough defending yourself against a political (DA) justice system looking to "act tough".

Expect judge to squash it in a few weeks.
