Rock-Climbing Teen Saved by Team Work

Kampong Speu, Cambodia News: A slip into a crevasse almost cost a 17-year-old boy his life, while he and friends were climbing among caves in Anlong Por village, Pong Lvea commune, Oudong district, Kampong Speu province on October 30, 2018.
The boy, Sok Lay, slipped and found himself trapped in a crevasse for several hours, and the outcome could have been tragic, but that was without counting on the willing rescuers, who moved heaven and earth to save the lad. Despite the difficulties, he was eventually extracted from the narrow gap between the rocks.

Wow, that makes me feel ill just looking at the photos of him wedged in there. How terrifying. He is one lucky boy to have been extracted.
