That Retay is just a blank pistol.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

Pistols seizure at border under review
October 30, 2018
Tboung Khmum Provincial Court has invited police officials to inspect dozens of pistols confiscated along the Vietnam-Cambodia border to determine whether the guns are real or not.
“Expert police officials from the Interior Ministry are inspecting whether the guns are real or plastic,” provincial prosecutor Heang Sopheak said yesterday. “Please wait because we are working on it.”
A Tboung Khmum provincial military official who requested anonymity said customs officials and military police confiscated 35 pistols following the arrest of two men travelling to Vietnam through the Tonle Cham border checkpoint in Memot district on Sunday.
The unnamed official noted that the pistols were hidden among other goods within their truck.
