Siem Reap Tuktuk Driver Drowns in Foul Canal

Siem Reap, Cambodia News: On the evening of October 28, 2018, a Siem Reap tuktuk driver died after he drove his tuk-tuk into a canal full of disgusting black liquid and drowned there.

The body was not discovered until the morning of October 29, when local people saw the wrecked tuktuk and the body floating in the canal, and then they reported it to the police.

There was no sign of foul play and the driver is believed to be responsible for the accident. The police went to the scene to examine the body, which was subsequently delivered to the family for funeral preparations.
