Seed potatoes
Seed potatoes
I tried at the start of the year to get a crop of potatoes going but the rain stopped that. Now I have a number of raised beds
Is there somewhere I can buy seed potatoes. I know that I can buy potatoes and wait for the eyes to come, but I am just asking.

Re: Seed potatoes
If you can't get proper seed potatoes, try sticking some clean market potatoes under a fluorescent light in a dry place for a couple of weeks - they will shoot, and give you an earlier crop.badneighour wrote:Seed potatoes

Make sure it's not creating heat or your spuds will rot.
