Kampong Chhnang, Cambodia News: On October 22, 2018, Kampong Chhnang traffic police fined a container truck driver 800,000 riel, or the equivalent of US$200, after a breathalyser test revealed that he was over the legal limit.
Police suspected that the man was very drunk, and they stopped him because the vehicle was driving all over the road on national road 5, Kampong Chhnang. The truck was pulled over and the driver was taken to the local police station.

Isn't that probably dead? I thought it was just over WA limit but realised it read 0.51 not 0.05.

A person may need medical attention with a blood-alcohol level under 0.2. Vital functions may start to shut down before someone reaches 0.25. Death is possible with a blood-alcohol level of 0.3. And that's without prior liver damage from previous alcohol or drug use.

Needs calibrating I think. =@
