Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: An unidentified foreign man was found dead floating on the river on October 18, 2018, at 06:20 am, near Auknalom pagoda, Sangkat Chey Chumnea, Phnom Penh.

According to people who were walking along the river, they saw a dead body floating on the water, so they reported it to the police immediately. The police went to the scene to examine the body and said the man appeared to have drowned. They said that they suspect that the victim might have been drunk and stumbled into the river.

The victim has yet to be identified. The police took the body to keep at Sambou Meas pagoda. RIP.

They are amazing wizards of crime scene investigation. Under the circumstances how did they decide he had drowned? Bloated body floating down the river? Not a heart attack?
