Drug Addict Goes Crazy and Disturbs Groundbreaking Ceremony

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On October 17, a drug addict went crazy and disturbed a groundbreaking ceremony while Mr. Nuth Putheara, the officer of Khan Donkor, was speaking with many families.

The police detained the man and sent him to the police station for questioning. The family of the suspect said they feel terrible that the suspect had been a drug addict for many years.

The police prepared the case of the suspect and sent to Ministry of Social Affairs in Phnom Penh.
