The cop looks like a rookie just started on the job. A fresh face, no beer gut or a gold watch. At least wait till the guy has a job worth while loosing before sacking him.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

His only mistake was getting caught.
They do it all the time, and think they are clever for getting the money.
Now he has been caught, they have to act like they are not corrupt.
Dont you all know about the police in Sihanoukville?

Maybe a little control finally being exercised over the troops.
Sorely needed, they were running wild for years down there.
Well Done the Boss.

Preah Sihanouk: The policeman caught on camera taking a bribe was named as Sam Piseth, who has a rank of lieutenant with the Sihanoukville Road Traffic Police Office.
The suspect is being held for questioning, along with at least one other officer, and may be charged with defiling the honor of Sihanoukville traffic police.
