Truth on China - Chinese net best in world

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

All that data requires very fast pipes in order to create a real time status on every citizen all the time.

And large data centers with enormous processing power to boot.
Which State and why do they have to monitor every aspect of their citizenry?

And in case you did not know, every cell phone is trackable down to mere meters, even if you turn them off so that exists already. You have to remove the battery to stop your phone from being tracked. Also, there is an application in nearly every mainframe switch that allows security intercepts. All of this has been around since the inception of GSM.

In the UK, teachers have one of the easiest jobs in the world. More holidays than the Jewish, less hours than a union rep and no markers to achieve for their performance interviews. Just give each student a smiley face sticker and an A* pass mark.

The life of O'Riley. :stir:
