House for Sale...$68,500

Looking for an apartment to rent in Phnom Penh? We have you covered. This is a good starting point for expats who are in the process of moving to Cambodia to live and work. Finding a villa, condo, flat, or borey to stay in when you arrive is probably one of your top priorities. Check out our listings from the community! And if you have a house or apartment for rent, you're welcome to list it here for free. Kampot, Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville, and other provinces around Cambodia also have places to rent, but you might have better luck finding them on foot after you arrive, as the largest number of listings are in the capital city of Phnom Penh.

House for Sale...$68,500

Post by lostjeremy »

Putting the house on the market. Its called a villa in Cambodia but that seems to cover anything thats not a flat. This is just a nice family home.

Just put a few pics but if your interested and want more info feel free to shoot a message.

House in Trapeang Krasang, Ou Deum, PP... About 20 min east of the airport a couple km north of NR4.
Good quiet neighborhood for family.
Neighborhood swimming pool and fitness center and 24/7 security that actually stays awake.
3 bedrooms all large
3 full large bathrooms
Medium sized living room and big kitchen.
Under the balcony has enough room for a car and a few motos.

Only negative is Cintri often forgets to come out here and we have to remind them. ImageImageImage

That's a reasonable price and looks like a nice house. But
Spoiler:
cut that tree down and cover that grass with concrete.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Haha.. 3 of our neighbors have done just that. I like my little patch of grass though and the wife likes practicing her garden skills.

"About 20 min east of the airport a couple km north of NR4."

Shirley, that would be west of the airport.

House looks nice. :thumb:

Get rid of the tree before the roots take hold under the house.

You are correct... Going a little to fast on my brain to hand communication and typing lack of skills.

Right now the roots are only about 6 inches long and super shallow. Ill let the new owner make that call but they probably have a few years before the roots get close to the foundation.

A lot of factories at Chumpu Voan and the ring road but we're a couple km pass that. Many boreys planned for the area and a couple being built, ours was just the first.
Neighborhood has 2 streets. 1 street with 1 story flats and our street with 8 villas. Only 5 are occupied,. One guy bought 3 that hes just sitting on for a few years because a little birdie told him Aeon will build their #4 mall near this area around 2025. I wouldn't hold my breath on that though.
Not to many barangs out here but decent size Korean community.
