Preah Sihanouk Province, Cambodia News: Police report that a gambler, Liu FENG, 42-year-old Chinese national, was illegally detained by two loan shark heavies for more than two hours on September 23, 2018. The incident, which took place in Room 109, on the second floor of Pavoutu Casino, Village 3, Sangkat 2, Sihanoukville, was immediately reported to Sihanoukville police by the victim's girlfriend.
The police reacted quickly, released the victim, and arrested the two suspects, Liang Wei, 33 years old and LIU YING XIAO, 37, both Chinese nationals.

The victim had borrowed $3000 from the loan sharks to continue gambling at the casino. When he had lost all the borrowed money, he was taken hostage by the suspects, who were trying to contact his family to get them to repay the debt.
The two men have been arrested for kidnapping and extortion.
