No wonder he is so evil he gets the blame for everything even Cambodian building standards.

was about 2 minutes of very strong wind took off a few roofs..sheet metal flying along the street.... and downed two trees no reports of anyone hurt. it only affected a small part of the town centre then departed... very odd even those 1/2km away never noticed it
