Yeah a couple of days ago there was a post here about a boy being caught. He was even younger, beat up pretty bad and cuffed to the floor.

I assumed PUC stood for Pannasastra University of Cambodia. It's commonly abbreviated to PUC when speaking.

Yeah... in Thailand they'd probably kick her to death. The trouble is, whether the punishment is having one's hair shorn or death, sometimes the accused is innocent; and it's more likely an innocent person will be punished through extrajudicial means than one convicted in a court of law.
