Valuable Items Stolen from Hor Namhong Museum

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On September 6,2018, at 7 am, thieves stole a number of valuable items from the Hor Namhong Museum in Sangkat Toul Sangke 1, Khan Reu Seykeo, Phnom Penh.
The thieves broke in to the building through a museum window to get inside the Hor Namhong museum. The museum is named after Mr. Hor Namhong, former minister of foreign affairs and international cooperation, who donated the collection of precious items.
The break-in was discovered when a passing child found that the door of the museum was open and went to have a look inside. The police were called, and they went to check the museum, where they found the broken window.
On September 7, the police went to inspect the site for further clues. They are now hunting for the thieves and hoping to restore the stolen goods to the museum.
