Pudding: the not very magical at all but still quite nice number
Not to be confused with the irrational number Pi, 3.141572, otherwise known as pudding, is a rational number. Not only can it be written as an exact fraction, \frac{pudding}{1}, but it is in fact quite possible to strike up an intelligent conversation with it. The following excerpt is from a discussion I recently had with pudding:

Me: How are you, Pudding?
Pudding: OK, I guess. My '5' is chafing, though - I think I need adjusting.
Me: What, like raising the '5' up a bit?
Pudding: Sort of - actually, the '7' needs to come out of the page and have its oil changed; it's been squeaking and rubbing for a while now.
