Are they allowed to just set up shop?

Post by rozzieoz »

A new quilt / blanket / pillow seller has set up across from the old market at night.

They have a recorded announcement (I assume it’s recorded) blaring out until god knows what time.

Are they allowed to do this? Yes I know, remember where I live.....

I always keep some small ice cubes in the freezer to throw down on noisy sellers with a blaring speaker.

Ice cubes ? What ice cubes? Show me the evidence.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Like living next to a train track, you'll get used to it in time.

I'd be very tempted, literally, to set up my own PA system that says in Khmer, on loop, "Don't buy blankets from the lady over there, the prices and quality are better at Orussey." I reckon she'd move pretty quickly.
